Hi I am Jonti and I am the Manager of Search Engine Marketing Team for Schipul. I spend more time than reasonable on the web studying visual design of information and comparing trends and analytics. I write about it at www.thesemblog.com. I love where the industry of Search is headed as a database of intentions. When not focused on Search, I sometimes ride a Ducati Multistrada, savor eating artisanal cheeses, clean food, and try to minimize my footprint while exploring how to survive all the fun things life throws at us.
I have a varied background with a Finance degree in Business Administration from Texas Wesleyan, a Master’s Degree in Architecture from UT.Arlington and have worked both teaching and practicing architecture. Learning how to teach using technology allowed me to explore where digital media intersect business and I began designing online training and multimedia experiences for both business and non-profits. Project management and the web perfectly combine for me now in the Search field.
